Ochuko was an absolute delight to work with. My wife and I had worked with 3 other realtors before Ochuko and each experience was awful. We felt ignored, berated, and belittled. Ochuko was nothing but professional. He was always polite and gave my wife and I plenty of time and space to consider things. His advice and work was top notch, I was moving at the exact pace I wanted to move at and never needed to wait for him or feel any pressure from him.
